For all BNOs living in the Greater Manchester area, here is some good news.
The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) has announced that all BNOs, from the day they arrive in the UK, can receive Adult Skills Funding to study English courses.
What’s changed?
Previously, BNOs had to live in the UK for three years before they were eligible to enrol in a college course. This rule has now been removed.
Because of this, the courses we offer at Train to TEFL — funded by a specific BNO funding programme — are no longer your first option. This BNO funding will only continue until March 2026, after which it will end.
What you need to do
🔗 Find your local ESOL Advice Service below and fill in the application form.
If the college is full
If there are no college places available, the ESOL Advice Service may refer you back to a class with us at Train to TEFL.

大曼徹斯特聯合管理局（GMCA）已經宣佈，所有 BNO 由抵達英國當日起，就可以獲得成人技能資助（Adult Skills Funding）去修讀英語課程。
