Our Site is in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure an environment as possible for Users.
Data retention/criteria:
On Trinity CertTESOL courses we will retain your personal information such as copies of certification, CVs, and Identification for the period of a course until certification has been received / until any point you withdraw from a course. This data will be deleted/ destroyed appropriately.
Email addresses and phone numbers will be kept for communication purposes indefinitely unless requested by you to delete them.
Changes to this privacy policy
Train-to-TEFL has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
